I will advise the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to take the tripartite statement of November 9 and read up to point 8 inclusive. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted this in an interview with Public Television, and referring to the statement of Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian foreign ministry, that the agreements of November 9, 2020 were not fulfilled mainly because of Armenia.
"Let's put the ninth point aside, let them read up to the eighth point, let's see who has not fulfilled what obligations. That is, in the tripartite statement of November 9, is it written that Azerbaijan should attack the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, and during that time the Russian peacekeepers should stay in hiding places?" Pashinyan said.
According to him, it is necessary to read that statement and see what is happening in the area related to it.
"We say this is a tripartite statement, and today there is nothing on the ground corresponding to the tripartite statement. The events have dispelled the statement of November 9, we did not dispel [it]; our signature is there. If we are asked about point 9, we have no problem with that point. The Crossroads of Peace project [by Armenia] accurately expresses the ninth point of the statement of November 9," the premier added.
