The negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia must not become “hostage” of a third party, Azerbaijan's minister of foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference on the results of the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in 2023, reports APA.

Bayramov emphasized that the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia and delegations may meet at the state border of the two countries.

"Azerbaijan made such proposal," he added.

Also, the Azerbaijani FM reminded that the border delimitation commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan had already met twice at the border.
