Armenia's foreign policy is being seriously reformulated, despite assurances, and the Russian side sees this reformulation in the development of Armenia's relations with other centers. Russian ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin stated this on the air of Public Television of Armenia.

"We [i.e. Russia] see [that] the foreign political vector of Armenia is being adjusted; it is obvious that it is being reformulated. We consider the foreign policy either with us or against us, and Russia's concerns [in this regard] are well-founded and explainable," the ambassador noted.

According to Kopyrkin, Russia does not accuse Armenia of any change in its foreign political vector, understanding that Armenia is an independent state and has the right to decide its policy.
