PreferredBy the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, Hayk Azizbekyan has been appointed Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in Foreign Countries.
Azizbekyan has been appointed to this post as an adviser on a public basis.
