Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the presidential elections, Azerbaijani media report.
Also, he expressed hope that after the elections, the negotiations with Armenia will lead to the signing of a peace treaty.
