YEREVAN. – Armenian MOD held a session of public recruitment committee on Saturday, which concluded recruitment results of this spring and offered issues to organize the fall recruitment properly.

The session was run by the Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, while heads of other state bodies, governors and other representatives participated in the session, MOD press service informs.

Head of the Parliamentary committee on defense, domestic affairs and national security Hrayr Karapetyan spoke on implemented legislative amendments. He stressed that the committee and the MOD cooperate actively to make the recruitment more transparent and fair.

Deputy Head of Military Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan touched upon the violations and crimes as well as analyses of instigated criminal cases during the spring recruitment.

Several employees of military units, legal bodies and other representatives were awarded with medals and certificates for organizing the spring recruitment effectively.
