YEREVAN. – Two out of four children who had burns affected by fire in Gogavan village are critical.

Arman Gasparyan’s (born in 2007) respiratory tracts and 50% of skin was burnt, doctors told the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent. He has fourth degree burns, doctors say there is a minimal chance he would survive.

Three-year-old Gor Gasparyan is presently in intensive care unit. He is critical as well. The boy has third and fourth degree burns.

One of the children - Aren Gasparyan, 3, died on Monday.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, fire broke out in one of the houses of Gogavan village, Lori Region of Armenia. The first floor burnt down, the second was partially affected by fire when four children were in the house. According to preliminary information, the fire was caused by stove.
