YEREVAN. – The Yeprikyans in Armenia’s Gyumri city are deprived of social benefits for already two months. The reason is the lack of certificate by the medical commission for Sirarpi’s teenage disabled daughter. Sirarpi’s family consists of four members, out of them two children are disabled.

Father of the family is jobless and suffers an incurable disease, Shirak centre informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. They cannot claim for the state apartment as they rented home at the time of the earthquake [in 1988] in Armenia.

The family is subject to deportation as their temporary home is in the area of high voltages wires. Armenian Electric networks new proprietors have warned the population.
