Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan listed the sequence of goals of the movement's participants during his speech at the Republic Square in Yerevan.

"If you care about your homeland, statehood, the blood and lives of our fallen children, no matter how hard these 2-3 days are, we will have to go through these sufferings in order to gain victory through these sufferings. There will be no other way.

Consequently, since he ignored you and did not respond, he has excluded those who elected him, and this demand is the demand of the entire nation, not only those gathered in the square but the entire Armenia and the Diaspora, which they have separated: there are families that do not speak to each other. 

We will make him do it. The first step we will take will be a vote of no confidence in the National Assembly and his removal. We will discuss with the three factions of the National Assembly to organize that process, how and how we will discuss that. If the response continues to be silence, we will take peaceful acts of disobedience," the archbishop said.
