Russian State Duma deputy, Arctic and Antarctic researcher Artur Chilingarov has died at the age of 84, Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said, TASS reports.
“A remarkable man, our colleague - Artur Nikolaevich Chilingarov - has passed away,” Volodin said, as quoted by the Duma press service.
