The European Union civilian monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA) hosted a delegation led by Michael Siebert, the Managing Director for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation, and the OSCE at the European External Action Service of the European Union (EU).
