Significant progress has been achieved on the draft text of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov, who is on a visit to Tbilisi at a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart Ilya Darchiashvili, APA reports.

"The number of issues that remain open has significantly decreased," the minister added. Jeyhun Bayramov noted that "territorial claims to Azerbaijan still remain in the Constitution of Armenia": "Territorial claims to Azerbaijan remain in the main law of Armenia - the Constitution. This seems to us to be the most serious obstacle on the way to the finalization of the process."
