The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan exchanged views on regional issues and briefly presented the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement process during a meeting with Belgian Foreign Minister Hadja Lahbib in the framework of his visit to Washington. Ararat Mirzoyan wrote in his post on microblog X.

"As always, pleasure meeting with my counterpart Hadja Lahbib. I enjoyed an interesting conversation on ways to further enhance Armenia-Belgium ties and Armenia's partnership with the EU. We value what we have achieved and engage for more," he wrote, adding that regional issues and the peace process between Yerevan and Baku were also discussed during the meeting.
