US Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien, together with the EU civilian mission, observed the situation at the border. This is stated in a statement released by the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.
"The United States welcomes the progress by Armenia and Azerbaijan toward a dignified and durable peace," the statement reads.
