French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny presented French President Emmanuel Macron's remarks on arms supplies to Armenia in his microblog on X.
"President Emmanuel Macron on French arms supplies to Armenia. It is normal to simply respond to the request of a sovereign country that wants to arm itself and feels it may be subject to aggression by another country,” Decotigny quoted Macron as saying.
