The An-2 airplane that crashed in Kotayk region crashed during a training flight. This was stated by Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Aram Torosyan, confirming the information about the two dead.
“The Defense Ministry expresses condolences to the family members, relatives and coworkers of the deceased pilots,” Torosyan said.
Plane crashed in Armenia on the morning of July 19. It crashed near Yeghvard. Representatives of the Armenian Defense Ministry arrived at the crash site.
