Former US President and presidential candidate Donald Trump has called "barely understandable" current President Joe Biden's address to the nation regarding his decision to withdraw from the presidential race.
"Crooked Joe Biden’s [White House] Oval Office speech was barely understandable, and sooo bad!" Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The White House press service noted that Biden's voice was low, sometimes barely audible.
