Iranian MP Mohammad Qasim Osmani has threatened with killing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in response to the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of the Palestinian movement Hamas, in Tehran.

"I hope that another Operation True Promise [editor’s note: the massive attack of Iranian missiles and drones on Israeli territory on April 13] will be carried out as blood revenge for Ismail Haniyeh. We don't agree on anything less than Netanyahu's death," Osmani said, in particular, in his address in the Iranian parliament, IRIB television reports.

According to Osmani, Israel has "become so insolent" that it is already "shedding the blood of a guest in Tehran," and Iran will choose an opportune moment to take revenge for the death of Haniyeh.
