A 4.2-magnitude earthquake shook southern Iran's Bushehr Province on Wednesday morning, Mehr reports.

The quake occurred in the Bandar Kangan district around 7:18am local time at a depth of 20 kilometers, according to the Iranian Seismological Center.

There have been no immediate reports of possible casualties or damages.
