The opening ceremony of the Cobalt 2024 special military exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has started in the Novosibirsk Region of Russia, TASS reports.
Representatives of interested ministries and departments of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the event.
It was reported earlier that Armenia will not participate in these military exercises.
