Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Azerbaijan on a state visit, reports RIA Novosti.
In Azerbaijan's capital Baku, Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will discuss the Azerbaijani-Armenian normalization matter and sign a number of documents.
Earlier, the Kremlin had announced that Putin will pay a state visit to Azerbaijan on August 18 and 19.
