The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have once again visited the Armenians being detained in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku in August. Zara Amatuni, Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office, informed Armenian News-NEWS.am about this on Monday.
"They were given the opportunity to contact family members," Amatuni added.
