YEREVAN. - Members of Armenian Heritage party and their leader Raffi Hovhannisyan visited Vayoc Dzor’s Khachik village and have discussed the problems of the residents in the dilapidated building of the village culture center.

The residents presented their problems: they are concerned that the young men leave the village because there is no work for them. Heritage party members and their leader Raffi Hovahnnisyan gave advices how Khachik village and other villages can fight against poverty. At the same time, opposition MPs stressed that Armenian young families must get support from the state.

For already 20 years nothing has been built in the village which has a strategic importance.

The next meetings took place in Vayk and Yeghegnadzor. Raffi Honhannisyan and Heritage members returned to Yerevan late in the evening.
