The Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria (MoD) has informed about the crash of a military transport plane.
Minister of Defense Atanas Zapryanov has canceled the air show at the Third Air Base due to the crash of an L-39 ZA military transport plane, the Bulgarian MoD said in a statement.
The incident took place during the rehearsals for Saturday’s air show.
An investigation is underway.
Measures have been taken to localize the fire and determine the causes of the incident.
