An Aeroflot airline plane conducting the Yerevan-Moscow flight made an emergency landing at the airport of Astrakhan, Russia at 12:12am Monday due to a passenger falling ill on board the plane, the press service of the aforesaid airport informed Interfax.

The aforesaid passenger was taken off the plane and handed to the city's medical facility.

The Aeroflot representatives are working with the remaining passengers.

According to the decision of this airline, the aforesaid flight is scheduled to resume at 2pm.
