YEREVAN. – In case official Baku is interested in organizing inter-community dialogue, it should first of all take measures to organize it between the hundreds of thousands Armenians deported from Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani people living currently in Azerbaijan, Armenian Deputy FM Shavarsh Kocharyan told Armenpress agency commenting on the Azerbaijani authorities’ attempts to put Nagorno-Karabakh population equal to Azerbaijani community of Karabakh and hold inter-community dialogue.

“Doing as I said will give a moral right to Azerbaijani authorities to turn to the Karabakh authorities with the same initiative to hold the dialogue. Besides, Azerbaijan chooses only issues, which are profitable for it. That distorts the essence to the damage of both establishing necessary trust building and the process of conflict settlement,” Deputy FM concluded.
