Armenia needs to establish diplomatic relations with Turkey and implement a land opening. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during the Second Global Armenian Summit Wednesday.

"Putting myself for a moment in the role of an observer following the ongoing discussions in Turkey, I will say that not a big, but an obvious change in certain perceptions is taking place in Turkey," Pashinyan said.

According to him, the negotiations between the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey are of great importance in this matter, and although these talks have not yet recorded any significant results, it is important that the two countries are in communication.
