It turns out that Armenia and Azerbaijan have signed a document for the first time at the interstate level, and this is a certain result of the strategy of real Armenia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during the Second Global Armenian Summit Wednesday—and referring to the regulation of the work of the Armenian and Azerbaijani border delimitation commissions.

"All of us have experienced a lot of emotions, particularly as a result of the border delimitation of Tavush Province. (…). The change of the environment cannot but happen because there is a border," Pashinyan added, in particular.
