Minister of Justice of Armenia Grigor Minasyan, Prosecutor General of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan, and President of the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) Ladislav Hamran have signed, in Yerevan, the working procedure for international cooperation between Eurojust and the respective authorities of Armenia.

This document is the working arrangement between Armenia and the European Union on ensuring the implementation of the agreement between the competent authorities and Eurojust in legal cooperation in criminal proceedings in Armenia, the Ministry of Justice of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Eurojust President Ladislav Hamran noted that with the signing of this agreement and the appointment of a respective cooperation prosecutor, Armenia will have access to Eurojust's state-of-the-art case management system, joint investigative teams, evidence exchange platform, and joint knowledge management platform, which are completely new opportunities in the fight against crime.
