The Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission held an extraordinary meeting on Saturday on the developments in Lebanon, Mehr reported.
It is noted that a group of commission members attended the meeting.
The discussion focused on investigating recent incidents in the region, including Israeli airstrikes on Beirut's suburbs.
Earlier it became known about the death of the leader of the Lebanese movement “Hezbollah” Hassan Nasrallah as a result of Israeli strikes on the outskirts of Beirut.
