The leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan—Vladimir Putin, Nikol Pashinyan, and Ilham Aliyev—do not yet plan to hold a tripartite meeting to resolve the conflict between Baku and Yerevan, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters, TASS reports.

"No. We have not agreed on a tripartite meeting," said Ushakov, answering the respective question. "There was such an idea, but someone did not support it."

According to Ushakov, Russia was not against this format.
