Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have started negotiations in the Kremlin, reports RIA Novosti.
The meeting takes place on the margins of the CIS summit, and the main topic of these talks will be the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Earlier today, Putin met separately with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev.
