Kazakhstan welcomes the mutual steps of Azerbaijan and Armenia aimed at concluding a peace treaty. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated at a meeting of the Council of CIS Heads of State.

“We also note with satisfaction the significant progress in finalizing the legal registration of certain sections of interstate borders in the Central Asian region,” Tokayev was quoted as saying by the press service of the Kazakh president.
