Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The regulation of the [Armenian and Azerbaijani] commissions on border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan is in the NA [(National Assembly)].

Zhoghovurd daily learned that Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan will present it at the session of the [NA] Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, which will take place on October 21.

 (...). According to the regulation, the [Armenian and Azerbaijani] commissions [on border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan] have reached an agreement that they will be guided by the 1991 Alma-Ata Declaration in the border delimitation process, and in accordance with the fundamental principle defined by it (…).

The regulation, after receiving a positive conclusion in the [aforesaid NA] committee on October 21, should also be discussed during the NA plenary session.

[But] Zhoghovurd daily had reported earlier that [PM] Nikol Pashinyan avoids responsibility and does not sign any legal document that is crucial for Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan has not signed also the regulation of the [Armenian and Azerbaijani] commissions on border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and instead, the document was sent to the CC [(Constitutional Court)] with an electronic signature; moreover, the form, sample, and number are missing.
