As for the draft peace treaty, the Azerbaijani side has not yet responded to the proposal put forward by Yerevan at the end of August (the 10th edition of the draft contract), Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan said in response to Svoboda's report.
On June 26, the Armenian side said it had received the 10th package of contract proposals.
About a week ago, the Prime Minister of Armenia reaffirmed that the draft peace agreement was at least 80 percent agreed, and then offered Baku to sign it. However, the President of Azerbaijan considered that proposal unrealistic yesterday.
