The problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan remain; we talked about it a lot today—both we, and the Turks, and the Iranians. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the press conference following the ministerial meeting of the 3+3 South Caucasus regional consultative platform Friday in Istanbul, Turkey.

"We have offered Yerevan and Baku to use the 3+3 platform to complete the work on the peace treaty. We recalled the preparatory work, the foundations that were laid within the framework of the trilateral work of the Russian Federation, Armenia, and Azerbaijan—both at the level of presidents, foreign ministers, deputy prime ministers, and towards the unblocking of [regional] communications, and preparation for border delimitation [between Armenia and Azerbaijan], and a number of other topics," Lavrov added.
