In order to achieve stable and irreversible peace in the region at such a critical moment of the post-conflict period, it is important for Armenia to eliminate, with the necessary constitutional amendments, the remnants of the narratives and structures of the previous conflict. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made such a statement at the meeting of the 3+3 regional consultative format held Friday in Istanbul, Turkey.

Thus, Baku repeated its demand to Yerevan, in the case when Armenia has repeatedly stated that constitutional amendments are its internal matter.
