The regulation of the border security commission stipulates that all issues between Yerevan and Baku should be resolved within the framework of consensus. Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan stated this during Tuesday’s National Assembly debates on the matter of ratification of the aforesaid regulation.
As per Grigoryan, one of the important components of that regulation is that all issues are resolved by the aforesaid commission through consensus.
"A situation that will concern our side or the Azerbaijani side, and within the framework of which some demands will be put forward, will not arise," Grigoryan assured.
According to him, all issues of consensus discussions should be clarified and recorded.
"After that, the parties will be ready to make a decision," added the representative of the Armenian government.
