We are ready to develop Armenia-US relations in the case of any president in the US. Deputy speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Ruben Rubinyan, told this to reporters at the NA Thursday.
"Relations between countries are not relations between leaders, but between countries," Rubinyan emphasized.
