There is serious progress within the framework of the peace treaty with Azerbaijan. Chief of staff of the Armenian prime minister's office, Arayik Harutyunyan, stated this at a briefing with reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Wednesday.

"Any peace treaty is good when there are compromises; when there are concessions, they are not effective," said Harutyunyan, answering the question about which of the two parties will make concessions on the disagreed points of the aforesaid peace treaty.

Arayik Harutyunyan reflected on this peace treaty, and noted that currently, the two parties have the edited versions of this treaty.

"When there will be new edits, there will be options, there will be an exchange. And if there will be a need for a new meeting, they will be," added Harutyunyan.
