All issues with Azerbaijan are negotiable. Chief of staff of the Armenian prime minister's office, Arayik Harutyunyan, stated this at a briefing with reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Wednesday.

To the question whether the aforesaid applies also to Azerbaijan's demand to change Armenia's constitution, Harutyunyan responded: "I didn't say such a thing. We [i.e. Armenia] have said that we have red lines, and we have informed about it."

And when asked by reporters whether the big players and third parties were no longer putting pressure on both parties to sign the peace treaty, Arayik Harutyunyan said: "Great powers have their interests in any process and are guided by them. It is important so that we [i.e. Armenia] can advance our interests."

Harutyunyan, however, declined to answer the question regarding the possible signing of the peace treaty.
