The Catholicos of All Armenians, Karekin II, has called on all the people of the world to join the global prayer service to be held on November 10 for Armenia and the Armenians being held captive in Azerbaijan.

"We are confident that the general prayer initiated by the World Council of Churches will encourage the participation of Christian communities, diplomatic missions, media, and all relevant international organizations. (...). We sincerely hope that these spiritual efforts will raise global awareness of the ongoing humanitarian crisis and contribute to a peaceful solution based on truth and justice," the Catholicos of All Armenians said, in particular, in his respective statement.
