Azerbaijan and Armenia have made serious progress in negotiations on a peace agreement. This, as reported by local media, was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov at a meeting with British Minister of State Stephen Doughty.
At the same time, he once again tried to misinform the world community by saying that “the Armenian Constitution contains territorial claims to Azerbaijan.”
He called this a major obstacle in the peace process, hinting at not changing the Armenian Constitution, which is an internal Armenian affair.
