Rosaviatsia has extended until November 24 the NOTAM (NOtice To Air Missions - notice to flight crews), recommending Russian airlines to perform flights to / through Israel, Iraq and Iran only from 9:00 to 19:00 Moscow time, reports “Interfax”.

On October 1, Iran attacked Israel with hundreds of missiles.

Rosaviatsia first recommended that airlines refrain from flying to and through the two countries and Iraq's airspace. The agency later relaxed the restrictions, allowing flights from 09:00 to 19:00. The restrictions were in effect until November 3.

There are direct flights from Russia to Tel Aviv and Tehran, Russian airlines fly to the UAE via Iran, and to Seychelles via Iraq.
