A robotic dog has started patrolling around US president-elect Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida. The respective video was publicized by the regional branch of NBC television.

According to the media, heightened security measures remain in place around Trump’s aforesaid residence following his US presidential election win.

The US Coast Guard boats are also on duty in the area.

US law enforcement agencies have begun to use robotic dogs more and more to carry out security tasks, NBC added.

CNN reported Wednesday that the US Secret Service is considering speeding up the process by which the agency will start protecting not only Trump, but also his family members. These measures are due to the revision of the security level of this politician, taking into account the two assassination attempts against him.
