Today is the fourth anniversary of the Statement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Russian Federation of November 9, 2020, which made it possible to stop hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone and laid the foundation for the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This is stated in a statement of the Russian Embassy in Armenia.
“Subsequently, the provisions of the Statement of November 9, 2020 were developed in the trilateral statements of January 11 and November 26, 2021, as well as October 31, 2022.
For the successful completion of negotiations between Baku and Yerevan, Russia is ready, as before, to provide partner assistance on the basis of trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia in 2020-2022 in the form and volume that will be demanded by both negotiating parties,” the statement of the Russian Embassy said.
