There is no task of returning Armenia’s Azerbaijani-occupied territories by military means. Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan stated this during Wednesday’s debates on the 2025 state budget draft at the session of the National Assembly of Armenia.
According to the defense minister, the Armenia-Azerbaijan border delimitation process provides an opportunity to resolve the aforesaid issue through peaceful negotiations.
