The important event that took place in Kazan was that it is very similar to the fact that we can have a solution regarding the opening of regional communications, which, in fact, can address and be mutually and fully acceptable. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, stated this during the question-and-answer session with the government at the National Assembly of Armenia on Wednesday.

"We [i.e. Armenia] already have transferred this proposal to Azerbaijan in writing. I should also say that we have transferred our proposals on the remaining two articles of the peace treaty to Azerbaijan yesterday or the day before," added the Armenian PM.
