Russia did not send prior notices to the US or other countries about the use of its Oreshnik hypersonic missile against the object of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, as there are no such obligations, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian president, told TASS.

"No. There were no notifications, as Russia does not have such an obligation in connection with medium-range missiles," the Kremlin spokesperson emphasized.

This is how Peskov responded to the question whether Russia had previously warned the US and other unfriendly and friendly countries about the launch of its Oreshnik missile on Ukraine.
