Around 450 trucks from Armenia waiting to cross the Upper Lars checkpoint on the Russian-Georgian border, according to the North Ossetian road traffic center, reports Sputnik Armenia.
There are a total of 1,370 trucks waiting to cross the checkpoint, and 446 of them are from Armenia.
The reason for the buildup of these trucks is that the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international motorway is closed due to snow.
